I wish this is what I had used. I used Q-Cote concrete form release. The fumes are extremely toxic. I used it outside in my carport, no walls and the smell penetrated my house. I had to evacuate my house for hours. And when I came home it still had the awefull smell. I didn't notice this product when I looked on ebay and Amazon.

Modified wood? How about just regular wood that everyone would use to make forms to pour a concrete slab? Do you sell this on ebay?

For many configurations, it is unique (angles, invert drops, pipe types, even vertical slopes, etc.) and the sryrofoam mold is used once for that specific manhole base.

This dry cast operation looks amazing. The overall cleanliness of the operation is superb and well-organized. The moving floor elements are very nice and are a great labor savings, along with ensuring movement of the freshly stripped riser section is constant to avoid unwanted slumping. The automatic step casting feature is excellent, saving some poor guy from having to hammer in steps all day long the following day, not to mention, it's more reliable and consistent, once again. The lift pin insertion is a great feature as well, ensuring that there isn't just a lifting hole cast into the side of the riser which is prone to cracking during handling and leaking when improperly filled in the field. Overall, from a precast concrete QC perspective, this operation is a dream. Thank you for sharing the video.
